Our Facilities
KNITTING
Our Newly updated and vertically integrated knitting facility is furnished with world-renowned knitting machine manufacturers from the USA, Italy, and Korea. To produce knitted fabric of supreme quality, it is vital that superior quality raw material is procured at competitive prices. To ensure the best fabric quality for our customers, Alliance apparel is equipped with state-of-the-art knitting machines, which include; 11 single-knit,10 double-knit machines & 4 body size machines.
Embellishment
Embellishment’s add value to the garments. We have our own heat transfer machines and complete screen printing set up in house.
Cutting
The cutting department is centralized with the capacity to cut over 5,000 PCs per day to feed our stitching unit.

Quality Control
We have well trained QC’s who thoroughly study the customer’s specifications/instructions and explain to all concerned departments to manage quality measurements at every level of production. Once the quality control team completes its job, then QA team does the final inspections and nothing can be stuffed in the container until QA team approves the shipment. Alliance complies with the world’s most demanding, quality and social standards.
